There’s just something about Copenhagen that hooks you in – it’s one of my favourite cities to visit. Maybe it’s the minimalist design, the wonderful locals, the incredible fashion and food or the fact that it’s regularly named the happiest city in the world, but it always leaves me feeling inspired.
As I write this, I’ve just returned from a trip to the Danish city. Knowing how busy the next few months are going to be, with so many amazing things to come, my friends and I wanted to take a trip to have some quality time together – there is little on earth that brings me more happiness than exploring and laughing with my best friends. And what a place to do it!
Whether you live nearby or are planning to visit, I’ll leave you with a list of the food places I love in Copenhagen – easygoing, delicious and, above all, fun.
1. Sonny – Such a great breakfast/lunch spot.
2. Poulette – I’d fly back for the chicken sandwich here in a heartbeat!
3. Pompette – It has the perfect natural wine selection.
4. Fiskebaren – For super-fresh, delicious seafood.
5. Popl Burger – A neighbourhood spot serving locally sourced, seasonal produce.
